My home was recently affected by a wildland fire that caused a severe amount of smoke damage to the inside of the house and was deemed unlivable until cleaned and restored. I contacted Chris Poulin with this company. Upon contact Chris immediately expedited a date and time to meet me to survey the smoke damage and schedule personnel and specialty crews needed for the restoration work. Shortly thereafter, the cleaning crews came with equipment, cleaning and smoke neutralizing products used to remove the smoke smell, ash and silt. The whole house, furniture, floors and carpets were cleaned, attic vents and under the house were cleaned, windows were washed inside and out and the outside was pressure washed at the end. The garages were cleaned as well. The cleaning crews were very friendly and respectful of my belongings during this process. My beautiful home was brought back to life by this hard working company! Chris was very professional, friendly and compassionate and began work in the master bedroom and bath in case I wanted to come back to the house to sleep before the work had been completed. Chris frequently called me to update me on the restoration work. I really appreciated that as well as his kind words and reassurance which always helped to lesson my worry and stress. I can't thank Chris and staff enough for all that they did and said to make this terrible fire experience tolerable! I am extremely pleased and I take great pleasure in being able to recommend Chris Poulin with 911 Restoration as he and staff provide professionalism with compassion!

We had massive flooding after all of the rain and snow this season. Isaac with 911 Restoration came in with the lowest bid and did an amazing job helping us get our home in order! Best restoration company around! 5 stars

My basement flooded, 911 restoration came out and immediately got to work they got down in the muck and pumped all the water out then properly dried and replaced the vapor barrier 🙏👏👏. Thanks guys
